How To Find Your Perfect Fit:

1. Keep your leg completely straight and your muscles relaxed.
2. Measure the circumference around the exact center of your kneecap (patella).
3. Measure the thickest part of your calf. (Note: If your calf is more than 4cm / 1.6in larger than your knee, we highly recommend sizing up for a proper fit).

Pro Sizing Tips:

• For Powerlifters: If you want a highly restrictive, competition-tight fit for max-effort squats, we recommend sizing down.
• For Beginners: If you are new to knee sleeves (especially if you measure as a Medium or smaller), stick to the recommended regular fit. A regular fit will still be very snug and supportive!

Care Instructions: To protect the integrity of the neoprene, hand wash only using water, a mild detergent, or a specialist wetsuit cleaner. Stand them upright to air dry. Warning: Never machine wash or tumble dry. The spin cycle can snag and severely damage the heavy, wet sleeves, and high heat will permanently degrade the rubber, causing shrinkage and brittleness.
